The sales executive (Jasmine Nhenge) was excellent. Jasmine was very responsive to my queries and took the time to understand what I wanted. Jasmine then made sure the car was perfect at collection.
Parts were ordered but did not arrive until the next day delaying matters.

Ive given this star because of the service offered and everything I explained for question one. In addition to this I have sent several video clips to Tanzil via email about the broken rubber and plastic parts but there has been no response.

I was given a date and time and my car was ready and waiting.
When I got the call to say the car was being delivered back to me and I queried the tyre, the man dealing with it said that it had passed the MOT and was very dismissive of my concerns. At this point it was too late in the day to change it.

Can't fault it. Was welcomed by name at the gate by your man with a clip board, and was directed to a parking space. The lady at the desk was extremely pleasant and arranged the key hand-over and also a courtesy lift to Enfield town centre.

Excellent service as per normal. I stayed in the garage all day as i had a lot of work to do. I was provided with the WiFi code and a desk to work on, plus tea/coffee and biscuits...
There was an issue of a scratch on the offside front wheel and whilst it did get dealt with I felt when we mentioned it that your team felt we were being overly fussy. This took the shine off the experience of buying a new mini. It should be perfect

Polite at the start. My car was finished and parked outside the waiting area but it took nearly 30mins for me to be called to pay. Far too long even if it was busy which the response I got. very frustrating.

My car was collected from home. A call the previous day advised me at what time the driver would collect. Very efficient.

I travelled a long way to pick my car up. On arrival the greeting was poor/ frosty and I had to wait a long time to be seen. The dealership is a little bit scruffy to be quite honest. Furniture past it's best. Not a very welcoming place
Stephen James were inundated with call-back work and so work on my car was delayed but they did come and collect it and returned it within half a day.
Everything worked well from start to finish. My first experience of the mini service experience. Receptionist at drop off assumed I knew the drill so I had to ask what to do.
Clear communication, acceptable waiting times and genuine friendly service on the forecourt (it was busy) and inside.
I would have given completely satisfied but my washer water needed to be refilled and this wasnt done.
So far all faults have not reappeared

We love our new car! Showed us how to use it, help set up and we were able to drive off in our new car feeling elated!
Again, everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and keen to get things right for me with the least amount of fuss.
The locale is easy to fine, it's easy to navigate around the car park even though it was fairly full, the lounge is pleasant and clean, great coffee and the all the staff are courteous and friendly.
I feel duped for the garage refused to honour the terms of the service package sold to me. I was told somebody will give me a call to discuss and so far nobody called. I was simply fobbed off
I do think communication lacked whilst my car was with you. When I turned up to find out what was going on, I was told that the car part they needed to fix the issue was being delivered at 1:30pm and I could collect shortly after. This did not happen
Jasmine was a real pleasure to deal with. She cares about her customers
