Again, Amanda listened to me and met my expectations and more. A very charismatic and welcoming member of staff who looks after her clients from start to finish. Couldn't recommend more.

Upon walking into the service area, other than the fabulous older lady on the front desk, your office is full of people appearing to be doing very little other than talking to one another, looking at their mobile phones or staring at their screens.
They gave my car back o me with everything clean

Broken coffee machine!
Unable to find any fault and the subsequent video was interesting but not much help.
Unfortunately, the service advisor was rather rude and confrontational, I would not go back to Stephen James Enfield.
Considering it was an extremely busy day,I was seen to quickly with no fuss and car was ready on my return.
Pressured into registering car to meet sales targets for quarter Then when I tried to arranged to collect, I was advised it was not possible to collect on weekend (against company policy) and I had to wait for a suitable time that suited Mini centre

Went there with a tyre fault. Service man inspected the tyre and found no faults so topped up the tyre. 5 days later the tyre pressure dropped to warning levels again. Went to Sytner in Chigwell who found a nail embedded. How did Enfield miss it?
The sat nav it still a problem
Staff were friendly but on a few occasions that I had to visit the dealership I did have to wait around quite a bit because of just how busy it was. I was always offered coffee which is always nice.

I was left waiting in reception when I went to collect my car. Also the shuttle service for customers heading in the direction of Enfield were given a door to door service,however when I stated lived in Chingford I was advised to get a 313 bus

Base on my last visit this was very poor I was asked if I wanted transport to the nearest town . It was more friendly
