Base on my last visit this was very poor I was asked if I wanted transport to the nearest town . It was more friendly

There was an issue with the car build. Sunroof was not fitted correctly- not spotted when received by SJ.
We ordered the car and picked it up within a week.

I phoned SJ within the I year period but they could not do repair until the following week outside the 1 year. They said they could not do a permanent repair (see above) as it was outside the warranty. They blamed me for damage which is non-existent.
Stephen James were professional, honest, fair and extremely accommodating from start to finish. In fact they bent over backwards to deliver an excellent service at a reasonable price on repairs and so I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I had to call 5 days in a row before I was able to book a service. The quote I was given over the phone did not match what I ended up paying in branch.
In general I am completely happy. However sometimes getting through their automatic phone system is a nightmare and parking can sometimes be an issue
Amanda Morris was brilliant with me she understood what I needed. Kept me will informed with the process. I have a disability and she helped me understand the process taking away all the stress and anxiety Brilliant service from her.
Long wait initially
The car is wonderful but online sales is the way forward as salesman at mini are no longer trustworthy

day (20 February) I took it in to be repaired. So, at this time I was not informed an accident to my car had occurred and from this date until the 1 March 2019 there were no updates or communication (even though new parts were ordered on 20 Feb]

I was booked in for a 'wait-in' service and mot but my car was left unattended for 3 hours. I had to complain in order to have the service work to commence.
