No conversation regarding what they did or the condition of my car. Just gave me the car and said I can take it home. 2 weeks after my service the 'Service' message is still displayed in my car. I presume this was not reset following my service.

The waiting times on the phone, and the waiting time on the day the vehicle was dropped. No loan car available, and i wasn't made aware of a shuttle service until I heard other customers mention it, hence I ended up being late for work as had to walk

I had asked how long the service would take when I booked and was tol 1 - 1 1/2 hours - but when I arrived I was told 2 1/2 hours and as I was waiting this was very inconvenient

Some issues getting through on the phone to book the service

The service departments simply do not answer the phone. I have had this problem in the past when trying to book in for a service and most recently when trying to speak to someone about my car's fault. It's terrible.

Took at least 2 weeks to get in touch with Enfield, tried several times to call but on hold. Contacted promptly by the assigned technician with what needed to be done and asked me when I needed the car back. Video information very helpful as well.

I contacted Stephen James with a slight problem and they arranged for me to take my car in for a check over. Found the fault and rectified it with little inconvenience to me.

The service wa good however I waited longer than 2 hours for my car when the service was advertised as 90 mins. Also since the service my passenger car seat will not move forward or back - need to chase this with the service team

When I got the call to say the car was being delivered back to me and I queried the tyre, the man dealing with it said that it had passed the MOT and was very dismissive of my concerns. At this point it was too late in the day to change it.
