The five stars reflects the sales experience provided by by the person to sold me the car. The service centre however; that fitted the heads up display was somewhat lacking and this resulted in a fault for which required me to re visit several times.
The lady who served me was very nice and very professional.
The showroom was spacious and easy to walk around, I was able to quickly test drive a Mini and Amanda at Stephen James was quick to find one that had the colour and extras etc that I liked.
Amanda kept us informed throughout the whole process, with regular phone calls and she even sent us a video of our new car to get us excited

Great customer service Phoebe is brilliant (Mini Receptionist) Car done quickly.
The salesman (Harry Watson) was new and any questions he couldn't answer about the car, he made sure he found out the answers for me. I also kept him and his manager late after closing and they didn't try to rush me.
No other reason to be less than totally satisfied.
Everything was explained to me well and I was made to feel very welcome. I waited in the customer lounge and was very comfortable.

Amanda, the lady who dealt with me, was very polite, happy and helpful. She really took her time and showed me everything I needed to know with all the features on the car.
Completed the task within 24 hours but did not have the parts in stock which is surprising for a main dealer
