Jasmine made us feel at home from the minute we walked in she offered us beverages and made sure we were comfortable. She asked what i wanted and made sure she delivered without being pushy. I think this played a hugh part in the whole experience

My car didn't seem to have been booked in properly when I first arrived for pre-booked service.Also-the front tracking seems out of alignment- yet this wasn't really commented on and I was advised that both front tyres should be good for 300 mls?
I had moved but asked them to come outside their normal range to pick up the car for me which they agreed to do. The work was done efficiently and not particularly expensive for a main dealer.
Car ready on time and partner was picking up and they texted her when ready rather than phone as she was in the cinema

Service from Jasmine Nhenge was excellent - I was kept up to date throughout the purchase. Staff I have dealt with at Stephen James over the years have been very customer focused - Jasmine has probably been the friendliest and most welcoming.

The car came quickly and exactly to the specification I ordered, Jasmine also went the extra mile and helped me familiarise myself with car before I left the garage.
Always great service at mini and Stephen James, but if there is a courtesy service when you drop of the car what about when we go to pick the car back up., you still have to make your own way.
The pickup and delivery was very convenient. I didnt get a breakdown if all works completed, and am still chasing for this.

The service was efficient. I was surprised however that I had to have brake pads changed after under 8,000 miles. The collection of the car was very late but returned on time. A further part is required so it needs a return trip. Staff friendly.
